Dr. Kerry Monahan is an Ohio licensed clinical psychologist with specialization in pediatric neuropsychology. Dr. Monahan has expertise in the neuropsychological assessment of children, adolescents and young adults with medical diagnoses and associated developmental, learning and cognitive concerns.
The Problem
My client, Dr. Kerry Monahan, needed assistance with updating her company website. Her current challenges were getting her name out there as a Neuropsychologist and getting her business site to stand out more amongst other competitors. The company’s website was outdated and there was confusion among prospects in regards to her specializing in neuropsychology and the services she provided.
Design Planning & Research - Competitor Analysis
After identifying the problem, the next step involves design, planning and research. I began by conducting a competitor analysis. I researched competitors who specialized in neuropsychology. Based on my research, I was able to gather insight on key features to implement into my new design while also meeting my clients objectives.

After gaining more insight from my competitive research, I was able to create a newly redesigned site for Dr. Kerry Monahan. My client was pleased with the outcome. The site met her company’s objectives, allowed clients to easily know about services provided, and helped her stand out as a Clinical Neuropsychologist. The updated UI enhanced the user experience and made her stand out amongst competitors.
